Patch Style
Velcro backing pairs with all our main patch constructions.
Custom embroidered velcro patches are the most common, thread
stitched onto a twill base, raised and textured, clean
professional finish. Other options:
Woven velcro patches – Tighter thread construction
with a flatter surface. Better for fine detail, small text,
and logos where embroidery stitching would look too coarse.
PVC velcro patches – Rubber-moulded construction,
completely waterproof, built for outdoor and tactical gear
that sees real use.
Printed / sublimated velcro patches – Full-colour
print on fabric for photographic detail, gradients, and
complex artwork.
Most orders ship with hook backing on the patch (the stiff,
scratchy side). This is the standard configuration, attaching
directly to loop panels already built into tactical gear,
hats, bags, and uniforms. If your application needs it, we
can also supply matching loop tape as a set or produce patches
with loop backing for hook surfaces.
Patches range from 1" up to 12". Standard morale patches follow typically 3"x2", the size that most can comfortably fit and are easy to sew without covering.
Rectangle, square, round, shield, custom die cut. If your design has a specific silhouette, we cut to match. PVC patches can be die-cut to any complex outline.
We use high-quality polyester threads with hundreds of colors available. Standard embroidery threads deliver long-lasting, vibrant colors suitable for uniforms and outdoor use.
Reflective patches, glow-in-the-dark (GITD) options, and PVC, woven or sublimated finishes are available to match your design and provide a premium appearance.
